DescriptionInstitute of Food Technology, University of Novi Sad, is a leading food and feed science and technology research institute in the South-East Europe. The research focus of the FINS is spanning from the innovation in food and feed production, product modification/process optimization to quality and safety assurance as well as human and animal health protection and well-being.
